We like students, also need the baddies to represent the muggles. I definitely want to have them represent the dark art of muggle borns and squibs in the muggle world. We have the bad that comes from pure-bloods not liking them so much. but we don't see those whose parents really don't accept this magic and with time the children can begin to see it as something bad. so pb, stories are just ideas that Kath and I thought about. But you can make your own or take one if you like it.

Head of Magic Studies - 50/70 ys old - Ian McKellen - Muggle
*Let’s call him Dave for this*
Dave is the Head of the project that deals with magic, wizards and muggle borns. He himself founded and began the project and watched over it until now. Regulus Lestrange came to him with information for his experiments on magic, the two began to work together. Dave doesn’t fully trusts Regulus, but the wizard has given him information that has helped and moved his projects further and more rapidly that he has expected. Dave unlike some of the other members of the team(who want power from the knowledge) just wants simple knowledge about the Wizard World. But this doesn’t mean he’s innocent, he has many times before turned his head to the doings of his team. Kind of like the muggle Dumbledore.

Head Scientist - 35/45 ys old - John Simm - Employee

Unlike Dave Sam is in it for the ride, magic has become an addiction and he wants more of it. While Dave is the head, Sam is the one that mostly runs all the projects. Dave his is alliance with Regulus from the team, but Sam accidentally overheard one of said meetings. The idea that a wizard had been walking around the building without his knowledge angered him at first( he mainly want to open them up and find out more. Most of the people they have are muggleborns, so an actual pure-blood experiment(finding more about genes and why muggleborns even exist). But later he began to think different, maybe it could be used. Think of Regulus and Voldemort in muggle form.

Mid late Twenties (would have just got out school and worked menial jobs until she found this site.
Lets say she's the more younger one put in charge of making their research look all pretty, really naive hoping to be a better help to the world, I'm thinking she'll eventually snoop but she's first played as extremely brainwashed practically, she may not talk to the press she may just talk to the politicians of this. Eventually she'll be getting a hint of curiosity but no, at the beginning she's brainwashed. and extremely much so as that, to the point of loyalty.

Military - 40+ ys old - Joe Flanigan - Employee
He's not the head of the military unit, he's the second in command, although he has the personality to be in command and the know how he just can't manage the position. To much paperwork, that's when it becomes second in command. For some reason I see him the father of a teenage girl one that he's raised since she was young, they found her in an abandoned place, enthralled in a world of neglect.

Squib - 17/19 ys old - Elisabeth Harnois - Patient
Daughter of wizard parents, she never showed signs of magic during her childhood. But it wasn’t until she turned 11th and no letter came that her parents accepted the idea of a squib daughter. They left her in an orphanage, not caring to see the disappointing daughter ever again. Her small knowledge about the wizard world caught the attention of the Organization. There she was adopted by the Military man. He wanted to protect her from the experiments that would come. As a courtesy Sam has made the testing as painless as possible, but didn't sugar coat it. She was found first before her father was a part of this muggle organization, which he has been for the past twelve years. This makes her what she guesses is about seventeen, and willing to help.
(she was a bit Mary Suish so I had to change some things, for once her parents wouldn’t find out she was a Squib until she was at least 11th so she needed to at least remember part of that.

Military Head - 37/45 ys old - Constance Zimmer - Employee
She's a lovely woman... really.... yeah right.... or maybe she can be all sunshine and daisies and has just a slight concept of justice or something.... idk or perhaps she's the head guys right hand and that's why the other guy isn't in charge of the military.... either way she's just an old friend or perhaps unrequired love interest... I think their work though makes it more like a never established and therefore neither of them are open and free. The head guy I talk about here is dave...

Brought up in foster care, brought in by Reshma's character at the request of 'Sam' he may not have magic but his intelligence tips the scales. He agrees with this entire operation and looks up to Sam...

Psychologist /Social Worker - 30/35 - Reshma Shetty - Employee
Merely here to observe reactions and such she's just the one on the team that goes to foster homes and feigns someone that can be helpful. Some of the people used as experiments are children she has found herself. She is however trained to help those who volunteer, although anyone who retaliates isn't on her good list. She just simply monitors their mental stats as well. Partially "Sams" and some of "Daves" idea... either way there must be all ways to examine taken care off.

He just wants his daughter to get better, or at least be able to help others like she said she wanted if she didn't get better. He funds a large amount of the projects and is a famous CEO.

A volunteer, muggle-born. She never attended Hogwarts, but knows about the wizard community, thought she has never visited it. Probably as a child grew thinking about it as a disease that made her different from others. But maybe in the future actually sees that there are many like her and begins to change her mind?
