Please reply to this thread so I know that you read the announcement.
First of all, the activity check is completed. The safe list has been updated. Not including myself or Rory who left a quick away note in the c-box 6 people replied. 5 old members and a new one. As of now, I will begin clearing out the accounts that were never used(this includes if they only submitted and application and then left). As for the older and more active members for now their profiles will be moved to the “inactive group”.
If they played a canon character it will be placed up for adoption. If they played an important original, said original plot will be given up for adoption(not the character itself). I don’t want to delete them just yet, but I’ll probably will if they don’t leave some type of notice between this upcoming months. If they return and the character they played hasn’t be taken they can PM one of the Admins and I save the applications they may have to update them but they can still get it back. If someone has taken the character and is active in the site, they’ll have to pick someone else. Even if a profile has been deleted, the rules is the same.
The second announcement is that we have entered the month of February, so any new threads need to take place there. It also means that the Valentine Dance is coming soon. I know that the Black Masquerade is kind of half way. But I will leave the board open, that’s a relaxing thread nothing bad will happen so if you want to post on it feel free to do. Now to the VD I was planning to have the staff and myself pick the pairs so we had random pairings show up. But with so many people gone or inactive at the moment I think is better if we just plan them. Looking around we have around 7-8 active members(hopefully Rowan and Rory we‘ll be back by then). So just reply here talk with another member see if you can pair up. I need this to be done quickly, if you aren’t sure about who to pick reply here and we’ll think of something.
Now I’m looking at my prankster members, I think we need a bit if silly in the site. Looking at the plots we have drama and sadness. But we don’t have a lot of silly right now, so I’m looking for a few ideas for this dance because I know chocolate and sugar drinks don’t miss well and this is a good dance for silliness.
Now for the poll, after talking with the muggle plot people a lot of it will happen during the summer. So that brings that we have 3-4 months without much going on. So I thought we could do February during January and if it’s necessary a bit of February itself and then instead of doing March we can move directly into June-July. I know we have some 7th years that want their NEWT’s(>.>) but I think that such a thread can be done in the pensive or just separately. I want to talk this with the staff and well the members because the ones we have are like staff(they’re as old anyway). So unless you guys have anything big planet for those months we’ll do just that.
