well regulus needs people to annoy.for plot reasons i really want to have the other lestrange children filled up. also you don't have to use this names, just tell me so i can change them on the canon list. nor do you have to use the play bys.

the only other boy that bellatrix had. younger brother to regulus, twin to cassiopeia and older brother to elladora. i imagine that phineas should probably be the calm one in this bonch, he doesn't in any way have to be a good slytherin, nor does he had to follow after his brother. i just see him been the voice of reason and probably the only siblin that has some power over regulus. [/center][/size]this is just an idea, but when phineas is the voice of reason i see cassie to be more like her older brother and mother. regulus would both love her and have feeling of wantimg to strangle her. why? because he reminds her of his mother and is one of those that may stand against him on his way to power. still she will be the one in hogwarts keeping an eye on things, probbaly getting on her siblings nerves and making sure everyone is on the line of her rules.
