OVERALL DESCRIPTION: evelyn is a beauty on stilts. she stands at a whooping five feet eleven inches and looks ridiculous staring down at some of the other girls who appear shorter than her. she takes on some of the boys in the height range, but she doesn't feel out of place though. her long blonde curly locks are often found covering her face when she's looking down, though they are a hassle to take care of, especially if she would like to straighten them. she has very fair skin with nothing blocking her beauty to be seen, she doesn't have any scars or marks to hide behind from and nothing that would disrupt her appearance.

OVERALL HISTORY: evelyn madeleine flint was born in the summer months of 2007 to marcus and kate flint. she was the youngest of two other sisters, vivianne and unnamed. she was a small baby, but clearly had the tall genes in the family. she towered over her sisters at an older age, but always seemed shorter than they were when they were still little tykes around the house. she was very fond of spending time with her sisters knowing that she couldn't get the affection of her parents, might as well get it from her siblings. the best support system anyone could get when faced with hard times.

evelyn wasn't quite sure what to think when both her sisters went off to hogwarts when it came around to september. she was always wondering when they would come back to hang out with her when the days were long and boring. as a seven year old she at least had the middle sister, viv to play with it, but hardly was any fun without their older sister. when she was around nine, she felt almost bored to not have her sisters around. by then she came around to finding things to do by herself without the harsh words of her parents yelling at her for doing something they didn't approve of. she took up reading, there were plenty of books in the library, but of course they were all of wizard novels, so of course her parents made sure to ban all muggle books. not that she was quite interested in those anyways.

by the time she was 11 she received her letter to hogwarts, where she was more than excited to go because it meant she wasn't spending the year at home by herself with parents she would hardly see anyway. going to hogwarts seemed like a dream come true where she could see her sisters and not feel so lonely. during the sorting ceremony she was placed into the slytherin house with her sister viv. she felt better knowing that she didn't have to go far to see her sisters.

her time at hogwarts turned out to be like a second home away from her parents. she could see her friends there and know that they wouldn't abandoned her unless they wanted to face her angry side, for being in the same house. she never became friends with any of the mudbloods or the half-bloods from the word of them not being of pure blood. she learned quickly which ones were which. usually ones that weren't in the slytherin house. she always enjoyed seeing the discomfort of others when they found out they had been punked or became an embarrassment in front of everyone.

as she got older, her issues of being alone all the time disappeared as she became more and more involved with her friends rather than her sisters and family. sure she was always close to her sisters, but she didn't always have to be near them. she became more interactive with her friends always trying to find ways to hang out over the summer holidays and ways to make the other students fools of themselves at hogwarts. they always had something to do.

by the time she was ready to start her sixth year at hogwarts, she was ready to get out of hogwarts with good grades and test scores even though she had two years left to complete. she tries to keep in contact with family, but being busy with school its hard for her to keep a level head on things that could easily wait while her schoolwork comes first. evie was so ready to start the next school year with a bang.

There are many things that need to be addressed about this application before it can be considered for approval. We are giving you a second chance because you are already a member and have been accepted before. In this case, however, many changes have to be made and looked at before acceptance can occur.

The first issue is her playby. Her sister, Vivianne, and older sister, along with her entire family, is dark-haired and dark-eyed. It would be odd and not correct for a child in this family to have light hair and blue eyes. The playby should go with her family. While you did write that she stuck out as tall, five foot eleven is extremely tall for a girl, especially coming from a family with short to average height girls. Reality has to come in over a preference for playbys. Taylor Swift is beautiful, but she does not really fit the part of a Flint.

Minorly, she would be a death eater supporter and not a full Death Eater. They let few women into their ranks and would not let a sixteen-year-old very easily.

Evelyn is also a very simple character. Yes, she can be dark, but there is not much more to her personality listed her. She has to have more meat to her than just hating lesser bloods. Her personality is very under-developed and we have almost no idea of who she is after reading the application. The app is supposed to give us insight into the character and get in their head, but we know very little about her. She should also have some similarities to her sisters because they are, in fact, related and you said that they spent a lot of time together. Some of their traits would surely rub off on their youngest sister.

Her history also fails to line up with the already established Vivianne plots. Their mother was cruel and manipulative, rude to her daughters, and always adding comments about them. Evelyn does not seem to have any side effects from this while Vivianne does. It also does not address how Evelyn feels about her sister's dating decisions. It does not answer how she feels since Vivianne has graduated and moved in with a half blood. Her history is brief and does not respond to the pre-established plots in her family.

Overall, Evelyn needs more depth to her character and it would be good to know more about Vivianne, since she has already been created.
