ROLEPLAY EXAMPLE:
Helena liked the city. Only because it took away the memories of the countryside that she had lived in one hundred and sixty years ago. Now, she could not stand anything to do with the country side, so she liked to travel as far in the city areas as she could. She moved stealthily within crowds of bodies, the pulse under everyone's necks like a calling to her. And even though Helena was a heartless killer, she needed to maintain her image, and she needed to be careful about who she killed. She didn't want to be suspected of killing 'innocent' human beings, and let's face it, if Lena chose to be careful about who she killed, who on earth would suspect her? She was very innocent looking, with soft brown hair, nice clothes and freckles on her face. She look cute, but when she turned to killing mode she became sexy and dangerous, and unless she was going to kill someone, they wouldn't suspect anything merely seconds before it happened. Helena loved having that kind of power, it made her hungry for more, and so when the dark side won the war, she knew that she would be able to do as she pleased, but for now she would just have to be patient, and she had been patient for almost one hundred and sixty years, so she could wait a short while longer.
Lena was so glad that over the years she had learned how to turn her feelings off. So now, every time she killed, she did not have to feel guilty about every drop of blood that left a humans body, and she honestly pitied the vampires that did feel guilt. there's no point in feeding if you won't enjoy it, and if you feel guilt, then you wont enjoy it. And Helena not only liked to enjoy her food, she also liked to play with it. She looked around for possible prey, strained to keep her fangs under control in a crowd. There were just so many lovely, sweet blood vessels that she could sink her teeth into, that she could taste, and feel the hot liquid running down her throat. Make the pain last for the human in the most cruel of ways, because she knew that the removal of blood from the body was painful as hell, Thierry had showed her that first hand, and in a away, she was thankful to him to have shown how satisfying other's pain was. She felt a smile grace her lips, it lit her face up, and made some of the passers by, mainly men, look at her curiously, wondering why she was so happy.
That's when she smellt it, full blown, the smell of fresh blood, leaking from a vein. She knew that smell, it was the one where another blood sucker was feeding, and that made Lena smile. She walked in the general direction, in slow steps, wanting to see who it was. She probably didn't know them, but no harm. The scent led her into an elley, and she stood there, just watching the process of the vampire taking the girl's blood out. If she was anyone else, she would have though 'poor thing' but now, she was just thinking that the guy had good taste, choosing a pretty young thing. They always tasted the sweetest. She could feel her fangs sliding out, but she kept her mouth shut, and made sure that he would not notice her. When he had finished, she rolled her eyes and set her expression into a glare because he was one of them. The ones that had 'a heart' and felt pity for their prey. How pathetic was that? She shook her head softly, and stepped out into the middle of the alley. The guy was tall, blond and had a nice body. She hadn't seen him around, or rather vice versa, seeing ash she had not been here for long, so that was no surprise.
She started walking slowly in, not quite sure of her intentions. He seemed to be distracted, and she just carried on walking in a straight line. She was itching for a fight, she didn't know why, but she knew that right now she needed something to let her strength out on, and the perfect chance came when the vampire bumped into her. He didn't say a word, just started stalking off, and with a glance she saw that he had covered the murder well. Making it look like a robbery, but her limbs and muscles were still itching, and they were quite far in the alley for no one to notice, so she sprang at him, which she was sure he wasn't expecting, and used her vampire strength to puch him to the wall. She was aware that she didn't know the strenght of the oponent, for all she knew he could be must stronger than her, but she would find a way to get out of a situation that made her seem weaker. So, as she had him pressed against the wall, she smiled threateningly, her eyes turning from bright blue to a very dark blue, her fangs glinting. 'Has your mummy not told you to be polite to ladies, and apologise if you bump into them?' Helena said ever so sarcastically, with a rush of the fight that she hoped she had caused.
