Yes I think this would work, combine the idea of him playing copycat to up the fear and panic factor along with his other shenanigans and I think we will have something going here.

And as to having someone play him, perhaps we could try what was done on a few sites I have modded on.

On a site where I am a GM right now, we have a special area in the game master council just for NPC files and information, and via that reservoir of info/character details, multiple mods are able to play that character when the situation demands for that NPC to be played.
Basically you could create a character app for our baddie and store it away in a moderator only area. From there mods could play that NPC whenever it was required and share the post load so that the activity of our baddie did not depend on a single person.

That could actually work. Have him give out orders and hav eother Death Eaters carry them. So the pressure won't be just one person. With the Death Eaters have an inner circle so if there is a attack on a thead someone is leading that, if there is a meeting somewhere else then someone else is leading that.

I'll try and look at Tony when I get back from Graduation practice today and hopefyllu discuss him with the other mods.

Yep, allow the main baddie to give out orders and to be tossed about between the mods as he pops up across the entirety of the plot. And let the DE and such carry everything out. Hopefully it will spread the posting load out across the entire site. So 1.) No one is stuck pushing the plot along all by themselves. and 2.) The Plot becomes player driven.

My brain isn't really working at the moment though so I may not be fully there... but I think tis a better idea to use the virus Idea i found ages ago now to keep the drama in the hogwarts school

BUT how they did was continuing using the muggle research like keep that going but make it mainly NPC

A virus is a good idea, but it may lead for the school to close. Which right now wouldn't help. But maybe can be used later on. Maybe if we bring some part of the muggle plot we can use it there. But frankly I think is best to focus on the Wizard side for a bit. Mainly because focusing on that one didn't work.

Well I think if we are going to roll with anything we should jump on it right away. Start putting plot elements in place, suggesting what is to come, and push some excitement and fear back into the site. Perhaps a couple of site threads, one at the school and one elsewhere in the world for non-student characters? Again just a suggestion, I normally like to hop on the plot train when I first have the idea for a story, and get it out there before it begins to fade.

I'll try and work on putting that plot up tomorrow. If anyone ha sthe muse/time to begin a thread they are welcomed to do so. I'm kind of afraid to start anything since I'm going to be gone in less than 2 weeks so none of my characters will be able to participate.

I can start something, what sort of direction do you want me to go in? I can run with the copycat bit and start with something akin to what the story of the sorcerer's stone was. Introduce it at the school and get some mystery running rampant.
Let me know if that is a valid direction to go in Annie.

I was actually thinking of starting low, but get the plot started on something I want to do for Halloween when I get back(or if Kath/Lucy wants to do it before then). But do something like what Tom had Ginny do in CoS. So Tony got some studnets/followers to maybe write messages all over the school and the rest of the school wakes up to it. If only one message had everyone pretty worried in the book, I think more than one done in different writing patterns(by different people) will get the message across that Hogwarts is no longer safe. Maybe to go far enough that they mess the muggle studies classroom a bit.

What I'm thinking is as the teacher's notice kids are asking more questions about the more noticable dark signs flying around (they would have heard about the signs from their own parents...) so the hogwarts staff throws a masquerade to distract them. I will have to make a hogwarts teacher anyway now I don't have the muggles... and like work it from that angle... right when word gets back to tony the very noticable distraction cropping up (although most kids will ignore it and just be happy for the dance) the rest of them will eventually get word back to tony, which then just out of being a troll makes him want to take over a child and sort of ruin the moment at the dance (maybe have a transformers 2 moment... start writing all over the place then cause a riot... the child will dissapear who was writing and so no one would have an identity of the child) this would all happen at the dance I guess or something spanning over time but stil i want this dance in place
