We don't own Harry Potter nor do we have any claim over it. Harry Potter belongs to JK. Rowling and Warner Bros. We are simply borrowing her ideas for the role-play. No money is made off from her works, we are just using them for fun.
Original Characters and sub-plots belong to their creators. Canons from the books or made for this site that had their personality/history created here belongs to their creators. Unless they gave permission for it to be used, no else should take them.
Skins, plot, boards and everything else made for the site belongs to the staff team and should not be used outside Toujours Pur. We made this things for the site and it would be upsetting for others to take them. If you really want to use something PM the owner/maker and ask for permission.
